We are located in the Hamilton Heights neighborhood of Manhattan, near Broadway, just one block from the 1 train and a short walk from the A, B, C, and D trains.

Rates and Insurance
We are committed to making psychotherapy services accessible and transparent for all clients.

We accept a variety of commercial and Medicaid insurance plans, including but not limited to:- Healthfirst

If your insurance provider is not listed, please contact us. Our list of accepted insurance plans may expand, and we’re happy to explore your options.
- Self-Pay Rates:
For clients paying out-of-pocket, our session fees range from $150 for individual sessions and $250 for couples and family therapy. - Billing Details:
If your insurance plan includes deductibles, copayments, or coinsurance, you will be billed for those costs based on your plan. Before beginning services, we’ll verify your benefits and provide you with a clear explanation of any out-of-pocket expenses. - Payment Methods:

- Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee equal to the session cost. - Your Privacy Matters:
